Country Forest West is a small subdivision located approximately 25 minutes West of The Woodlands and 10 minutes East of Magnolia proper off of Farm to Market 1488. Country Forest West was established in 1977 and has 102 approximately 1 acre lots.

Question: Are Country Forest West and Lake Creek Ranchettes the same subdivision? No, while you do have to drive through CFW to access Lake Creek Ranchettes, we are not affiliated with one another.
